  1. Lemon

  2. Lime

  3. Frozen or fresh fruit(s) of your choice

  4. Ice

  5. Water

  6. Salt

  7. Sorbert of your choice (optional)

  8. Tequila of your choice (optional)

Step 1: Add around two and a half cups of water. Preferably cold.

Step 2: Add 3 dashes of salt and squeeze in the lemon and lime juice.

TIP: Before you cut them, roll the lemon and lime on the table to soften them up! ALSO if the lemon is a big one, cut it into quarters to make it easier to squeeze out every last drop.

Step 3: Generously add in your frozen or fresh fruit of choice and 4 cubes of ice. We added frozen strawberries and mango chunks for this one. If you add the same flavors from your  favorite margaritas or fruit popsicles, you really can’t go wrong!

Step 4: These are optional, but to add a little extra yumminess, you can add a big scoop of your favorite sorbet. AND for an extra kick you can add a shot or two of a tequila of your choosing. We decided to go with a mango sorbet for this slushie!

Step 5: Now blend this baby up and enjoy! You can get 2 big servings out of this recipe.
